Meet Your Inspector
Gary has been involved in real estate for over thirty years. He started in his twenties with finding properties for investors in metro Atlanta. He performed everything from demo to rehabilitation of the properties. He was also a loan officer for a period of time to learn about the inside of the business. He started on his path to becoming a full time inspector in Georgia. He brought his wife and two children to Colorado in 2017 and has been a full time inspector in Colorado for the last nine years.
In the winter of 2017-2018 he was selected as one of only a handful of inspectors in a project for Weyerhaeuser. He inspected 167 of the 250 homes that were affected.
Gary has certifications from both ASHI and Internachi which are two of the most accredited organizations in home inspections. He earned his home inspection certificate from both organizations and is currently working on his Certified Master Inspector training thru Internachi.
Since he moved to Colorado he has performed almost 5000 inspections between Denver and Colorado Springs. He performs 30-40 inspections a month and is one of the most highly sought after inspectors. sHis inspections are very detailed with a normal 300 pictures plus multiple videos. His inspections are efficient and accurate and he goes into detail about what he finds in the report with his clients. He takes the time with the client to explain what he finds so they know the difference between normal issues on a house to the items that could be more problematic so the client can make an informed decision on the home. He makes himself readily available to speak with clients over the phone if they cannot attend the inspection. He also encourages the clients to reach out to him even years after an inspection when they have questions about their home.
He loves home inspecting and it shows in his attitude and the time and care he takes on each and every one.
